It is recommend you use the FREE State's services to locate unclaimed property. There is no need to hire a third party to search for unclaimed property when the services are FREE and easy.

Be prepared to submit:

  • a copy of current identification
  • a copy of your social security card
  • evidence of residence
  • evidence of doing business with the former holder of the property.

Unclaimed assets are usually reported in the name or Social Security number of the owner's along with any owner information (if available).
